Hello ladies

Starting this as we've just decided to not try in feb due to my lack of exercise the last 2 weeks from being poorly. Feeling gutted about it but will feel more positive once im back at the gym and have had another 4 weeks on deit and exercise.

So ladies anymore fellow March Ttc-ers?? X

I think I might be, I have been very lazy with diet (especially protein) but I'm going to exercise everyday until mid march ( I have a beach holiday to aim for as well).

Hi ladies!
I'm newly 'swaying' and will be TTCG end of February/ march- does it count for a march TTC? Lol

I've been on LE since before the new year, and exercising everyday since January 31st, so I figure with AF due March 12th, my first (and hopefully only!) attempt will be after that, probably around the 23rd or so. I'll be quitting progesterone-only BCP at that time, so I may end up pushing it into April if my first O decides to take its time. I have my OPKs all ready to go!

I'm having a pretty easy time at the diet and exercise, it's the stress and desire to control everything that gets to me. I have to really focus on letting everything go and trusting that my interference isn't constantly necessary!

What supps are you ladies on? I'm doing Metamucil before dinner and chitosan before lunch (just Metamucil twice a day was giving me stomach pain,) folic acid and cinnamon in my morning coffees. Also chose to add in baby aspirin as soon as I'm off the anti-inflammatories for my strained hamstring (another week and a half.) I'm also drinking 1-3 alcoholic drinks a night.

File under can't hurt, might help: I turn the ionizer on my fan at night, I'll be doing some spellwork later in the month (I'm a Wiccan priestess) for my girl, and I think I'm going to crochet some adorable Mary Janes for under the bed.

Excited to be cycling with you ladies! Here's hoping for a round of pink BFP's in March/early April!

I am taking vitex (but mostly as have a short lp and it helps) baby aspirin, fibre and undecided on saw palmetto. Hubby is on cranberry and LR. We're abstaining and going for 1 attempt at +opk.

I am currently signed off work as I've damaged my back exercising :( so that's out for me. Gutted but I'll have to waste away without it! I've fallen off the le wagon this last few days as I've been feeling sorry for myself with all the pills I am on and not being able to move property but going to start strong again today xxxxx

I totally wanted to try Saw Palmetto, but I'm still breastfeeding my 3 year old DS about twice a day. I feel like I had to make a choice between sway tactics, and breastfeeding was good and had benefits for both DS2 and I :)

It sounds like you've been having a terrible time of it, dreamingofwin! I'm so sorry. My injury at the beginning of my sway threw me off, too, but I'd have a harder time getting started and then getting injured. I don't blame you for being confused about when to go for an attempt. On the one hand, if you get better next month, waiting a couple of cycles makes sense. On the other hand, if this drags on and on (my injury took 3 months!) then it could be hard to stay on track that long. Ugh, so sorry this happened to you!

Ah thank you. Means a lot.

I thjbk we're going to try this month. I just feel like something is telling me to. I've zero ewcm which is a first for me. My pills say they can stop you getting pg so it could be an omen that I am pretty acidic down there!! X

Hey, I just saw your other post, dreaming. I am also on diclofenac for my hamstring injury! Here's hoping it's a pink swayer, lol, even though I'll be done with it in another week or so, and AF just started for my last non-attempt cycle. I'm crossing my fingers to drop another 10 lbs or more before then :)

Hi Lilith!! Congrats on your bfp!! :) I'm taking Diclofenac and was wondering if you got pg while you were taking it?
