Ramzi Theory guess? (Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place)

Just wondering if anyone could give me a ramzi theory guess on this scan? It was transvaginal and done at 6 weeks 4 days. I did ask the tech and she said "this baby is tending left." DH and I have two of one sex and are praying for this little one to be opposite!! (We will be happy no matter what though!!)
