Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Found it hard to follow the LE diet. Didn't really cut down on meat that much but ate mainly chicken and fish but smaller portions.
No eggs, raw tomatoes, peas, dark chocolate, breakfast cereal. reduced cheese, onions.
Drank diet drinks and used sweeteners.
Skipped breakfast every day just had a coffee in a morning.

About 4 months

Comments regarding DH's diet-
As normal high in protein
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
