Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was a big red meat, salt & potassium eater when I conceived the boys so I cut this out of my diet.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Same as me - cut out red meat, salt & potassium. He also stopped drinking coffee (well would have one on the odd occasion)
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
As I was still BF ds2, I still ate white meat (small portions) and lots fresh vegies and wholegrains, staying away from high potassium foods (tomatoes, bananas ect) and NEVER added salt and tried to buy low salt foods....still ate dairy tho.

Any additional comments?
I still hadn't had AF back from ds2 so I didn't know I was ovulating (let alone fertile) but going by dates we must have BD one day before I apparently O'd?? I must add we were lucky to dtd twice that month lol!

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
We were SUPER relaxed about the whole thing as we were 'trying' but weren't really at the same time because we thought I wasn't ovulating yet....so we were just having fun lol! I am also still breastfeeding ds2 (he had just turned one when I got a bfp) and our duet and lifestyle was completely different to when we conceived the boys :)
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not following a strict diet and maybe being too relaxed haha
