Both took wheatgrass and spirulina. I also took a prenatal multivitamin. Did originally take EPO and green tea but they stuffed up my cycle too much.

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Full fat dairy, protein & carbs at every meal, heaps of nuts/ meat/ boiled eggs (more than I would normally eat!) cut out artificial sweetener & most refined sugar. Put on a few kilograms. Lots of water.

Since early December so about 8 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He eats what I cook mostly but also eats heaps of junk which I couldn't get him to stop (he's a chocoholic) one thing was that we have changed from soy to dairy- he was drinking a litre a day when we conceived DD (I was drinking it in my tea)
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
About 69kg before- now about 73ish. Not sure of BMI but I'm 175cm. Sorry to my American friends about all the metric numbers!
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Exercised with weights during December but then got lazy over Christmas & didn't get back into it again. Again different to DD where I was training for a marathon and pushing myself to the point if collapse.

No, but always on my phone! Re moon, I don't think the moon phases have any effect on me as I conceived DD at the peak of full moon.

Amount of times we were able to BD, used preseed, diet had been pretty good
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
-No BD on O day
-working night shift the week before- believe that sways girl
-would have liked to get back into exercise
-was diet good enough?
-because of Australia Day & summer holidays hadn't been able to avoid several BBQs lately (? Swaying girl)
Things worth mentioning:
Had just started in new area at work & loved it, doing really well (? Increase testosterone)
