I understand that this is the point of the LE PCOS version, to have a slow burn rather than a quick blood sugar spike and then drop after every meal, but I have to admit that after more than 6 weeks on the traditional LE diet, feeling my blood sugar in the normal range for such a large portion of the day is scaring me. Don't get me wrong, I feel GOOD, but I felt like I was doing more to drop my blood sugar when I was SO hungry and feeling cranky, shaky and like a small animal was trying to eat its way out of my middle between meals.
On the other hand, I've dropped my first pound in WEEKS after my plateau, so I know something's going right :D

The rules are different for people who do not lose weight on the standard LE and you very well may need your blood sugar to stay steady. The carb/sugar intake of the other diet may have been raising your blood sugar too high and in turn, your testosterone levels and undermining your pink sway.
Try not to get too caught up in "the details" because God's honest truth we have next to no idea about how any of this works. Blood sugar is just one theory out of a kajillion out there. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/25293-three-essays-swaying.html

I am pretty hungry, shaky and a bit irritable in the morning, but not between my 2-3 meals anymore. I guess that means at least blood sugar is down for a good portion of the day :)
Thanks for taking the time to address my obsessive craziness concerning my sway. It's my last chance and I'm trying to take it in stride, but it can be hard at times not to relapse into my "Marthaness."
