Hiya i was hoping to sway for a boy sometime next year lol but wanted to plan a little now. Just a bit confused about which cereals are allowed which ones are not?
Whether timing plays a role? Im hoping to track ovulation with opks. Is brown bread better for boys sway? Thank you!! Xx

I think it would be best to start a new thread under a different heading to get people's attention.

The Harmony tests seem to be highly accurate so far.

All cereals are allowed, it is probably best to use ones that are whole grain and are not fortified with soy protein.

We believe whole grain bread is better for blue HOWEVER this is one arena where I don't feel like it is 100% sure and so if you really hate whole grain bread, I do think white bread is ok for blue provided you eat protein with it. And really, it's so easy to gain weight on HE that I don't even think it's necessary to eat much bread anyway.

In the link in my signature below (copy and paste into browser bar) it goes to the Complete Index and there are links to tons of information about timing and frequency stuff.

Thank all for the info. I definately reading all the essays. They are brilliant and so informative. Does anyone know if frozen peas and frozen vegetables are allowed on the boy sway? Thank you xx

Frozen veg are fine. Peas are ok but not as good as some other vegetables because they have some chemical in them that may lower fertility a little bit (you would have to eat TONS of them!!)

I can't encourage you enough to read all the boy swaying essays. Their are many essays where Atomic spells out exactly which foods are the most bang for your buck and WHY those foods are idea.
One of my favorite essays is "Eating Smarter, not harder for blue". Lots of good info in there.
If you need exact details on certain foods please consider purchasing a 21 day meal plan for TTC blue, load of good info in that too! Best of luck!

I do have essays on that in the Dream Members section.

All vegetables are fine and allowed for blue, but the more nutrient dense, the better. Corn, green beans, and zucchini are not packed with nutrition so you'd be better off focusing on the veg that are more nutritious (spinach, carrot, bell pepper)
