Does Activia yogurt sway pink? Or should I just stick with the Yoplait?

It is not the yogurts themselves that sway. As long as you are within your daily limits go for your favourite.

What Pearl said!!

There's very little difference between Brand X or Brand Y and no magic foods that sway like that. So eat what you like, stick in the limits of the diet!

Ok I wasn't sure if the aspartame was what I should be going for in the yogurt. Thanks!

Aspartame is said to sway pink, but you can still ahve normally sweetened stuff as well.
