This was recommended by the accupressurist in the 2ww.I took some today & realized I should have done more research before I took it.anyone know?

Ugh hope I didn't mess anything up.I did have some cramping for a couple hours after I took it.

While I think it's fantastic after 36 weeks gestation, I'm not a fan of using it in early pg. Gave me wicked cramps with DS 3 and I do not feel we have a good level of data about whether it's safe.
