I've research gender swaying for quite some months now and hubby and I were planning to start trying next month. With all the information that I've read about ph levels, eating and timing I felt confident what I've been doing is right. But now I've found this site and it's fantastic but has a lot about a LE diet. This will be our last baby and last year to try for a baby (with three boys who I love with everything I have) I would to have a baby girl. What can I do in these last weeks to help my sway? I take cranberry, calcium and magnesium supplements as well folic acid. Ive been eating a lot of spinach, broccoli, chicken and blueberries thinking this would help sway. But always read that there not much on the men side to do?! My dh works out in crossfit a lot but is happy to change things to help sway. Any advice would be a great help :)

Sounds like you've been on in gender, we do things a bit differently here. Studies seem to indicate nutrients sway blue, so not many ladies on here do cranberry since it's full of nutrients. Same reason most don't do calcium and magnesium supplements. It's also been shown that vegetarians have more girls, so most of us on the LE diet don't eat meat when TTC pink. Spinach and blueberries are also rather nutrient dense and therefore I'd personally not be eating a ton of them, though in moderation is fine.

Thank you for your help. I'll change my diet and cut out my supplements. Although I think it's going to be hard to drop my habits, I'll do my best. I really want a girl. I've started taking baby aspirin and going to get dh to take sudafid pe 2 hours before trying? Do you recommend absence for the 10 days prior? Also what is a ion bracelet? I've been wearing a rose quartz!?

I came here from in gender as well and at first was very sceptical if whether to beleive this site and go with their swaying beliefs (it just seem way too easy). I felt like swaying should be complex and difficult to accomplish so I spend weeks and weeks researching and going through the posts and research on this website and decided this site actually makes sense. The things we do on this site have actually been scienticallly studied. I know you have a ton of questions and we are more than willing to answer your questions but in all honesty you will have to do so research of your own on this site. I suggest looking up the ph pickle. Calcium condundrum and le diet for starters. We can't tell you what exactly what to do because it has to be what makes sense to you. If you want you can invest in the personalized sway plan but you don't have to. I personally just did my own research and decided what I thought what best for me.

Don't do cranberry and baby aspirin together as they're both blood thinners and that's dangerous. Ions don't sway in my humble opinion so I don't worry about it. The statistics are showing regardless of abstain vs frequent release the best thing to sway pink is one attempt at +OPK.

We do things a bit differently and base our diet and recommendations on different science than other sway sites. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7507-ig-vs-gd-swaying-whats-difference-who-atomic-sagebrush-anyway.html

the short version of LE Diet is here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

I know some people think that swaying should be hard and complicated, but just keep it in perspective - most people do have at least one daughter (or son) and get them without doing any of this jazz. It is SUPPOSED to be easy and when we complicate it, we lower our odds of success by making testosterone levels go through the roof. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/33517-maternal-dominance-hypothesis-priviledged-daughter-hypothesis.html

do aspirin or cranberry, not both

Sudafed ok for DH, you should avoid

abstain only for men under 35 and no longer than 10 days

no matter what, stick with one attempt

I do not believe in ions for gender swaying.

Atomic, yes I'm so happy I did my research and realized that this is the way to go. This way gives us the best shot at our GD. I hope everyone finds this site and takes time to really do the research :) it'd be nice to see everyone have the best shot at success.

I too was very confused when I joined this site because the information was completely different than the others I had read. I did a lot of reading and I've decided to give the LE Diet a go. Good luck!
