I've been ttc now for nearly three years on and off with a few mc along the way" I've now had all the recurrent mc tests done and they can't find any issues at all and say it's more than likely just a run of bad luck but have been put on aspirin to help.
After following the girl diet roughly for the most part of the time I am struggling to loose any weight and would like to loose a few extra lbs for me, not so much for the sway. I was wondering if these tablets would be ok to take and be ok for the sway, the ingredients seem quite girl friendly but wondered if anyone had tried them on a sway or off

The only thing in there I was worried about was the apple cider vinegar, would it be to boy?

I looked into it a few months ago and I had a couple people use it, but it didn't seem to do anything.
I'd rather see you guys use myoinositol instead, I think it works better and has been much more investigated in terms of safety than the RK's have

I'm not convinced ACV does sway blue and I have stopped recommending it for blue swayers.

Thank you, I will have a look into that stuff, does it help curb your appetite?
I've been trying so long now, I'm really torn between just a bfp and the I've waited so long would be silly to blow it iykwim.
Thank again for coming back to me, I will be looking into myoinositol

I don't know if it helps curb your appetite or not, but it can help with egg quality and lowering blood sugar.
I think we should reevaluate what all you're doing to sway so we can maybe up odds of a healthy BFP.

That's exactly where I'm at right now, age against me now and I feel a healthy bfp is what I need to strive for. I've ordered some myoinositol tablets, hoping they make that all important difference. Thank you for you advice yet again, it's always appreciated
