Hey all, I thought I'd join up to the forum. I never really placed too much faith into gender swaying, but when I read the LE diet, I sort of thought there might be something in it.

Around the time I got pregnant with my first daughter, I was drinking a lot and I only had a sandwich or a bag of crisps for lunch and junk food or noodles for my dinner. I wasn't planning a pregnancy, so I didn't take any supplements or any medications. I couldn't really be bothered with breakfast. I would have been very drunk when she was conceived.

With my second daughter, my diet was a little bit better but I ate a lot of junk food such as burger and chips, or had a microwave meal and a load of sweets. I'm almost certain she was conceived whilst I was very drunk as well. Ex was 24 when she was conceived.

With my third daughter, I only had sex once between me having my second one and getting a positive pregnancy test. I ate a reasonable amount and I was sober when she was conceived. Her dad was always drunk or on something though. Ex was 25 when she was conceived.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant now (10 weeks tomorrow), with twins, to a different guy than the father of my second and third. He already has a little boy and he was 30 when they were conceived. I sometimes ate a full English breakfast and they would have been conceived shortly after the new year, so that meant a lot of eating a couple of weeks prior. We did drink a reasonable amount. I don't have any dairy products, but my sister doesn't either and she has two boys as well as her girls.

Is there a reasonable chance of at least 1 of them being a boy or am I more likely to have a couple more girls? I'm not sure I want more children, if you see what I mean.

Thanks

I would say it's likely. I have two boys and would eat small amounts of food throughout the day. I hope you get a boy, they're such a blessing!

2 meals a day and cutting out snacking sounds very girl sway to me! For a start, try keeping the breakfast going on a regular basis and upping to 3 meals. Try to manage a small snack in between meals like fruit, yogurt, nuts etc. Got my fingers crossed you'll have your blue bundle x

I agree I'd eat more than 2 meals. I never drink so I don't know about that. Nuts like pistachios are good snacks or avocados!

Thanks to the pair of you. I do like guacamole a lot, but I had that before I got pregnant with number 2 and 3, so it's not big in the swaying game. I don't generally eat many nuts. I much prefer to snack on complete rubbish if I do at all.

B/G are the most common type of twins...so there is hope! Even with swaying mamas on here, lots still get a B/G set. Hopefully one of them takes that English breakfast and runs with it ;) Good luck!

There is ALWAYS a chance of a boy or boys.

I don't play guessing games with people's sways because there are literally tons of factors that come into play and I don't like to create false hope or false despair when the reality is that none of us have any idea!!!

There are no magic bullets or no magic foods, it's just general tendencies. I think you have every chance in the world at one of them being a boy.

I agree that alcohol can sway pink and smoking has been shown to in studies. But that having been said, there are still PLENTY of opposites with both things.

Sending you a ton of blue dust!!

Thanks, I'm a bit sad but at least I don't need to buy more clothes as I have lots of Marina's hand me downs. :)

Thank you for updating and I'm sorry you didn't hear blue. (but just know there are tons of us who are dying of jealousy LOL)

Glad you are seeing the positives! Like atomic said..many are jealous..including me!!! What I wouldn't give for two girlies! I totally understand the disappointment that you didn't get one boy at least. Maybe you can try again in the future and sway??

Thanks to everyone who answered my thread, I've deleted my posts because my sister mentioned that she's considering gender swaying and I need to protect my privacy. I hope you don't think I'm being rude.
