OMG, I HAVE to stop probing people about how they got their daughters after a streak of sons. Ugh! I'm sure I sound like a crazy person.... but I'm getting great info!

My friend had 3 boys and said she was doing Natural Family Planning, so she knew she was 7 days from O and highly unlikely to conceive. She and her DH had been fighting, got drunk and DTD. It was the only time they had sex in a MONTH. Voila! Surprise pink pregnancy. She thinks it was Shettles timing, but I think very little CM, alcohol, abstain and one attempt had more to do with her "nonsway" opposite.

I think most of the people who got "Shettles or O+12" girls really got one attempt girls. Originally I had thought it was the frequency but I think the numbers are making it clear what's really happening.

That is really odd, because with all three of my girls, we had sex several times within 48 hours of O. So I was thinking that this time it should be a one and done on O day. that's not right though huh??

You can always get opposites with any sway tactic, but we base our recommendations on what has gotten the best results across the population. We have gotten 75-80% success rate for blue with 3 attempts at or around pos OPK and 70-75% success for pink with one attempt.

It was most likely the other stuff going on in your life that was swaying and not the number of attempts.
