Any guesses on boy or girl? Early gender prediction

This picture was taken at 12 wk 5 days. This is actually the best picture I have as my 16 wk picture was just horrible. So far I haven't seen any obvious boy parts. I see this "nub" sticking out toward the butt and I'm not sure what that means.

Thanks! Babies really are cute. Someone told me that thing at the butt was the "nub" but it's really small lol
