Hello ladies:) I'm planning on TTC a girl the summer of 2014,, reading over the LE diet I seen lots of aspartame...theirs one problem aspartame gives me horrible migraines and last time I tried it my lips swelled:/.....is it possible to have a successful girl sway with no aspartame??

???

The LE Diet has nothing to do with aspartame and in fact I try to get people to keep it minimal.

I personally doubt it does much and EVERYONE who would like to, please leave it out. I have seen many people getting boy opposites on horrifying amounts of aspartame. I got my girl without using it, after getting my 4th boy with it.

Try to keep in mind that the vast majority of girls ever conceived in human history were without aspartame. WHY would it be impossible to get a girl without it??

Thank you sooooo much....I think the reason I was worried because looking at the sway outcomes I seen so many people drink CL only....& Im a bottled water only drinker...

LE diet is about eating low everything--low cal low fat low protein. It's just one of several diet options when swaying (although I think it's the best option) Aspartame is a different sway tactic that you may choose to use or not.

i wouldnt touch the stuff even if it was a magic bullet (and we know that no magic bullets exist)

I am like you, I prefer to drink water and thats what I stick to. Initially I tried to add in some san pellegrino lemonade or appeltiser for empty cals but I have reverted to just having it if I really fancy it and most of the time I dont. No point in forcing yourself to have something if its not natural to you.

Good luck and welcome :)
