What is the best lubricant to use when swaying for a girl?? I have noticed mention of Sylk. I used KY warming jelly when I conceived at least 3 of my boys. Thanks for your help!

I never used any lube when I conceived my girls, I relied on good old saliva lol :)

Sylk is supposed to be the "Girliest" but I've also seen people use rephresh.

I thought replens was more of the lubricant and rephresh was more for ph balance that's why you use it 24 hours before attempt. I could be completely wrong. I thought it was sylk or replens..... (just stating/asking for my own clarification) I don't want to buy the wrong things

Sylk is a good balance between lube and low pH. The other low pH jellies (RepHresh, Replens, Acijel) are not as good of lubes and thus I tend to recommend Sylk as the best of both worlds.

Saliva does kill sperm and I have seen quite a few people having success for pink with it.

RepHresh can chemically react with stuff it encounters to bring down the pH to the 4-5 range. All the other low pH jellies are just a burst of low pH and then that's it, they don't keep working.
Then in addition to that factor, some are better lubes than others. I feel like Sylk is a good combo of both low pH and lube. It doesn't have the potential to lower pH of the stuff it comes into contact with like Rephresh does tho so I usually ahve people use both, at least the first month or two
