So in my introduction was talking about how I am trying to get healthy while waiting for the go ahead to TTC (hopefully end of this year or next). While doing my sway research to get ready I have been seeing a new dr. I've been dealing with health issues for many, many years (will not go into detail). After yet another doctors appointment 2 weeks ago and trying to follow what he says and it isn't working, last week my dear, concerned hubby made the statement that he thought I might have a gluten allergy. Me? Tuesday, during my dental appointment, I was doing some reading and research. I am almost positive that this is the cause of my many health issues considering they are all symptoms are due to either celiac or non-celiac gluten sensitivity. I should have know, my siL and niece have a gluten sensitivity. I did an experiment at dinner and had a gluten rich dinner and not long after I felt like poo, tired, and developed a rash on the right side of my face. I fight it because I already have Oral allergy syndrome preventing me to eat fresh fruits and veggies comfortably and now this!!!! So leads to my questions, I am trying a gluten free diet to confirm. If it's so, how can I follow to LE diet? I want my girl and want to start my diet soon so I can get my body tricked enough to help.

Also I want to buy the personalized plan but don't want to buy it too early but don't know when I am getting the okay, what do you guys think?

You can eat rice, corn and potatoes in moderation to replace the wheat in the LE diet. I know at least 2 pink swayers who did the LE diet, gluten free, so it can be done.

As for the plan, atomic will definitely still help if you end up not TTC for a while. :)

Yes you absolutely can go gluten free and it will only help to do that if you are sensitive to gluten. i know several gals who got girls after learning they had issues with gluten and dropped it.

I have a variant of LE Diet in this thread (about 5 posts from the top called atomic fertility diet) that is pretty much entirely gluten free http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html

When to buy a plan is totally up to you, some people like to get them several months in advance, others leave it till the last minute, it's all about what works best for you. you can renew the coaching service at a reduced cost indefinitely so don't feel like you can buy too soon, I actually believe it's best to buy well in advance so you have all your questions answered and when it comestime to attempt, you aren't panicking or obsessing over it. Thanks for your interest!!
