* Period Question? *

Hello everyone, new to all of this and working out my cycles and when I ovulate ect.

Basically I came onto my period last Sunday so I'd be CD7 now, except when I've had periods they've always been heavy for 3 days, then I completely stop bleeding for 3 days and then start again lightly until the end. (Not sure how many days until that is) Do I count the stop of my period as when it stops for the break or when it stops completely? I'm so confused!

AF is over when you are completely done bleeding. I have a break day after 3 days, too, always have. Usually the break is just 24 hours for me, then I have light flow for one more day, then maybe a final day of spotting.

why do you need to know?

I was just wondering when the end is so I can use my period tracker app, it asks when your period ends on there.

Oh I see. Thanks for letting me know! Just for your reference, it really doesn't matter much when your period ends for purposes of swaying or for TTC - the lining starts to rebuild even as the period is happening. :)
