Sorry another baby aspirin question

I have decided to start taking baby asprin instead of the cranberry. I have bought a box of aspirin 75mg dispersible but on the back it says it contains lactose and sodium but doesnt say how much, are these ok or do i need to shop around for some without the sodium??

Those are fine. They may have a tiny amount for preservative effect but not anywhere near enough to matter.
