Not trying to sway but could do with upping my potassium intake as it's pretty low and I don't eat many of the potassium rich foods other than nuts and occasionally spices. So is coconut water nice for those using it? Xx

ti's like very watery sweet milk. I drink it fast with my nose shut. Its not real yuki. I just don't like it much.

I think it tastes like vomit/sweat water. I hate it. Sorry to be a pooper! Just being honest. If I were you I would get the flavored kind, the pineapple one is decent. I mostly used mine to mix with smoothies and don't drink it straight.

There is a difference between coconut MILK and coconut water.

Coconut milk is like a sweetened thick milk, coconut water is the juice in a coconut and depending on the brand it's either horrible (like liquid sweat) or ok tasting - not delicious, but refreshing, and the more you drink it you get used to it...I do like it but it's not a treat for me. The only reason I recommend the Taste Nirvana kind is simply because it's good tasting.

That's helpful Rosie. It doesn't sound very tasty to be fair lol!!! Will mix with smoothies I love those innocent ones anyway xx

are you sure this is coconut water??? It should be clear and only mildly sweet. I hope we're not getting confused with different products in different countries.

I hate coconut water too but I drink it every day from AF to ovulation. The ONLY way I can tolerate it is to mix it with a can of pineapple juice. I still loathe the taste but I love pineapple juice so I can deal with it for a couple weeks each cycle.
I have been swaying blue since Nov 2012...can you imagine the amount of coconut water I have drank??? Ugh!

Aw I hope you get your blue bundle soon!
This is the brand Costco stocks: Coconut Water | Rich in Minerals & Perfect for Hydration | Vita Coco (http://www.evolutionorganics.co.uk/vita-coco/vitacoco-coconut-water-1L?source=pla&gclid=CIPc1_SIjr0CFQnpwgodF7QA4g)

I am sure when I was little I used to love coconut milk but don't think I've ever had the water before x

It's better if you actually get it from a coconut too, instead of a bottled kind. I find most of the brands quite detestable, but water straight from the coconut is not bad at all.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I've tasted three unsweetened brands and they all taste like semen. I've had a couple of other women taste the ones I drank when I was pregnant with DS2 (it was the only thing that helped with my nausea but choking it down was TORTURE) and they verified the semen taste.

LOL, we even made one of my guy friends taste it and he just looked sad for a moment and said he wanted to apologize to all his ex-girlfriends!

I drink coconut water. It depends on the brand you buy. I'm in Australia and in our local supermarket (Woolworths for anyone in Australia) we have a few different brands. Cocobella, you can either have just coconut water and you can also have flavoured (mango). There is also Pandaroo coconut water which is nice but, contains some pulp which I had to get used to. I did the silly mistake of buying a case of 24 cans of Beyond coconut water. I had never tried that brand before. Let's just say I drink those quickly. I can't stand the taste of it. Best description, feral! I will drink them because I spent $45 on 24 cans. Never again though, lol.

I actually love coconut water! There's a great brand called Koh Coconut and it's delicious. From baby coconuts in Thailand.

I actually like coconut water, but it defiantly depends on the brand. Maybe try a few and see how you go. It is good to add to green smoothies or other refreshing drinks - I know a friend who adds frozen raspberries and fresh mint leaves to it?!

I must say though, I love coconut in general....coconut oil is what I'm missing the most in my pink sway! ;)

I like coconut water, though I do prefer the flavoured ones with mango, pineapple, lychee juice. I also find it varies a lot from brand to brand. Most I find quite refreshing, but recently I tried one that tasted oddly sour, like yogurt. I was still able to drink it but would nt get it again. VitaCoca is probably my favourite brand though I recently discovered Foco brand from Vietnam and it is even better!

I only drink water or tea otherwise so for me it is quite a treat.
