When I have looked into swaying there are suggestions on positions, timing, initiation etc. Is there a sway available that can help when undergoing IVF since my clinic wont allow for spinning or PGD? Perhaps a diet for DH or how often my husband should release leading up to it, etc?

It is very important when approaching IVF to not do anything that can reduce fertility. This makes it difficult to sway pink, because most of what we do for swaying pink DOES reduce fertility.
Swaying has NEVER been proven to help IVF outcomes in any way and it is just a generally bad idea to try and mix swaying with HT. That having been said we have seen some people who seemed to have better gender splits when taking Olive Leaf Extract (and the HT gals can help you with what dose and type they used) and I have a fertility diet for people who are wanting to sway pink while going HT here (this is a PCOS thread, but I put it here because it fit with some other info we had) it's about 5 down from the top post and titled "atomic fertility diet" http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html
