I can if I have to, but I've already lost like 10 pounds in the last 8-10 weeks doing the diet alone...is just doing the diet, enough? I'm a petite girl so can't lose TOO much more if you kwim.
I was thinking of trying this month (haven't actually started ttc yet) but will wait if I need to.

You don't HAVE to exercise, the reason it's recommended is because it's getting good results.

I guess what I'm saying is, is diet alone equal to or less than diet with exercise?
Also I thought exercise raises testosterone?? I actually used to do cardio almost every night last year but got lazy in the winter, and then when I started learning about swaying I read something about exercise possibly raising testosterone so I've been staying away.
If the results are much better than without exercise I'll do it of course.

It is suggested to do cardio for 60 minutes, anything less can build muscle and raise testosterone. LE diet has 66% success rate , exercise has 90% link to stats http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/25157-complete-pink-swaying-statistics-spreadsheet.html some women just can't, either from ailments or no time, it's up to you.

Does it have to be 60 min every day? What if it was 60 min 3 days a week...would that then build muscle and raise test? Sorry for all the questions I'm just so confused :(

The more the better but I think atomic has said she has reason to believe the 60 mins is more important but idk I'd go for more than 3 days. It just seems too risky to me to only do 3 days. I wouldn't drop below 4-5 personally. I'm doing 6 though

I would do minimum of 5 days a week at 60 minutes. I really wouldn't go below that. I am planning to do 5-6, some weeks will be 5 some will be 6. It would be interesting to see some women doing only 4 days a week and seeing how the results go with them.

Same here, I do a minimum 60 min at least 5 times-the last few weeks before trying I'll do 6.

I can't do the required amount of exercise to sway pink (reasons - underweight through diet so have lost ovulation and now risk my chances of falling pregnant at all plus due to back injury couldn't sustain more than moderate exercise) so have opted for the "couch potato" approach... ( If that's even possible with two crazy active boys and a busy lifestyle! Lol )

I'm also doing couch potato I'm petite, don't have weight to spare, work full time and have two kids so this was the best option for me :) I realize its not the best xx

I am petite as well and opted for the couch potato approach. Looking back at my sway my only slight regret is not doing the exercise. But I really doubt I could have kept up with the diet and exercise without loosing ovulation. We are expecting boy #4. I know this baby boy was meant to join our family, so I am pretty sure exercise or not he would be ours!
Do what works best for you, but ask yourself now if you will regret not including it in your sway if you end up with a boy.

OMG these darn stats are going to be the death of me. You guys have GOT to quit treating them like they were handed down on tablets to Moses or something.
30 people is not enough of a sample size for anything. Whereas the stats for the LE Diet are for 250 people and is much more reliable.
Everyone who was doing exercise was doing diet too. Exercise doesn't exist in a vaccuum alone, it's WITH diet and weight loss. I can guarantee ya that level of exercise with an overall blue friendly diet and gaining weight would NOT be getting that high of results. And for the most part the few people who did exercise, were very strict in pretty much every way and are NOT indicative of what the average person can expect.
I totally and completely expect the numbers on exercise to come down as more people do it. If they don't, that is great but we can't then assume that diet is crap and oh yeah let's just drop that, because the diet, exercise, weight loss are working in unison.

I honestly can't totally say how much is enough and it almost certainly varies by individual. I picked the 60 6-7 as what I think will work for most people most of the time, even when not awesome on diet. I DO think that it's possible to get a girl doing less (and I do think the 60 min is more important) but 3 days a week feels too moderate to me and I wouldn't risk it.

Yeah, I think of the 90% as the stats on exercise + LE diet. It's important to remember that!

It's def the combination that sways, not exercise alone. If you're eating few proteins than you'll loose muscles mass regardless execising or not. To me, exercise accelerates the muscles breakdown, plus it lowers blood sugar to the 'max'.
Probably that 90% must come down, but i hope not! (I know of two more swayers who don't post here with positive results). It would be very helpfull to add to the sheets how many days a week one exercised.

I didn't, I was super couch potato and I'm not petite, I just couldn't see myself exercising that often and that long and I knew I was going to do less than required and end up having a boy because of that. I always remember reading that if I couldn't commit to that strenuous routine, might as well not do any at all as it sways blue, so I dropped exercise completely and am having a girl.

To flowergirl: I had the same thing, you can read my sway, I've posted it. I decided to do cycling on the hometrainer from AF-O, and directly after my O I stopped to make it not to harsh for my body. Maybe that is an option for you as well?
