Are you taking all of this stuff individually or as a prenatal vitamin??

I am *pretty sure* any prenatal is ok.
I take a prenatal that is for vegens. I can't handle the synthetic additives that are added to many prenatal vitamins. I get super constipated. I am guessing it is the unchelated iron.
Prenatals tend to be pretty standard, its all the other supplements you don't want to overdo.

Thank you Adia :) So to that combination, I was planning on adding folic acid, fish oil, Vit D and Evening Primrose Oil. Do you think that would be the right combination?
Thanks :)

I think all those extra supplements are great except EPO. I am opposed to it because i think it is one of the things that has delayed me getting a BFP for so long.
Hopefully Atomic will chime in about the trend she has seen when it comes to EPO and blue sways....I don't think we have had great success with it overall and it doesn't fall in to the realm of something we naturally get or need on a regular basis whereas Vit D, Folic Acid, oils, etc do fall into that category...if that makes sens.

Adia, thank you so much for sharing and helping to educate me :) I really appreciate it! I might leave the EPO for now x

Do you have the RDA of that or can you link me to the site? I don't have time to go through and look up each nutrient to see what the RDA is.
of the ones I know off the top of my head, the iron and zinc, those are ok. The amount of fish oil is good but I just need to double check what the RDA's are.
I also recommend more like 2000 mcg folic for blue sway

I do still recommend EPO for blue sways but you just have to be sure you have an equal or greater amount fish oil and also to stop the EPO at or around ovulation. :)

Thank you atomic sagebrush :) I actually ran out of those ones I mentioned above. Now I'm taking Nature's Way Active Strength Women's Multi as my multivitamin (the ingredients and RDI can be found here MINI Women's Multi-vitamin | Nature's Way (http://www.naturesway.com.au/our-products/category/womens-health/product/active-strength-mini-womens-multi-vitamin.html#)) :)
I'm taking that in conjunction with Vita Science Folic Acid Complex (500mcg Folic Acid, 275mcg Iodine as potassium iodide, 50mg Pyridoxine hydrocholoride equiv to Vit B6 41.1mg, 500mg Cyanocobalamin B12) x 3 a day spread out over the day and BioGlan Vitamin D 1000IU x 1 a day.
Does that look OK to you? Thank you so much for looking at this for me :)
Also, I though I should mention that I lost a little boy at 19 weeks on the 4th March this year. I won't be starting the HE diet until I have a full cycle but have started these vitamins this week. Is that OK?
Thanks again :)

Can I ask you what Pregitude means?

It is a brand of the supplement myo-inositol. It is generally used by pink swayers but I am obviously special & need a boost so I have been using it here and there this year....this is the 3rd calendar year that I have been swaying so I need all the help I can get!

I am not a fan of megadose vitamins. I don't think we know enough about them to ever recommend megadoses of anything other than folic acid and D (and I don't like SUPER high megadoses of D, you are taking a good amount of that).
I would like to see you continue the D and iodine, up folic to 2000 mcg a day, and then reduce the other vitamins to 100% RDA. Don't do this all of a sudden, gradually space out the days you're taking the higher dose vites interspersed with the lower dose ones until you're taking the higher dose once a week and then drop them in favor of the lower dose ones daily.

Thanks :) I actually thought it meant you had a "pregnant attitude" - kind of like positive thinking brings you what you want type of thing LOL!
