What are they, where do you get them? I love crystals and charms and I think this would be a neat idea. How do you use them and how are they supposed to work?

I wore a moonstone bracelet around my wrist for fertility and for pink, but I think charms is whatever you charge with your energy and believe to be effective. Even if you buy a little girl pendant and pray/charge it and wear it, that can be a charm.
