I'm just confused why peppermint tea sways pink.I drank it when I conceived dd#1.
Its an herbal tea that is very alkaline & full of nutrients so what about it sways girl?
Anybody know?

It has similar effects if saw palmetto, lowering testosterone and estrogen I believe.

Yes it is an alternative to saw palmetto, I think because of the effects on testosterone. Also because it has the potential to mess with your cycles (although I believe this has been seen in a very small number of people) - it made my BCP less effective.

It has been 100% proven to lower testosterone and estrogen and the data supporting T and E levels swaying is much much much stronger than "acid vs. alkaline" which has been thoroughly debunked.

The amount of nutrients in pep tea is negligible when you compare it to something that is like actual food, or something like a prenatal vitamin

A cup here or there will not hurt anything but I don't think you should use it daily and for sure not several times a day.
