Hi! I'm currently on CD3, just started my clomid for this cycle and wondering if we should abstain for 7 days with 1 attempt at +OPK or BD every 4 days after AF?
We'd both love a daughter, but after 2 losses, will be thrilled with either.
Thanks!

BDing every 4 days is only one attempt as you're only fertile for about a 3 day period, so by DTD every 4 days you'll only have one attempt in your fertile window. Frequency--abstain or fr-- doesn't seem to be getting amazing results, but one attempt is. Either abstain with one attempt or DTD every 4 days will ensure one attempt only in your fertile window.
Don't do abstain if DH is over 35. Be aware that after abstaining the first release can have quite a lot of seminal fluid, which may raise ph. Just something to be aware of. It's up to you what to do.

Is this your first month on Clomid??
I usually allow people to try frequency patterns such as abstain for the first month only when on Clomid. So if this is your second, third month on Clomid I would switch to the BD every 4 days.

It's the third month. I've been pregnant twice before, both ending in MC's. After the 2nd MC, it took forever to get my period, and then I wasn't ovulating, so I'm now on Clomid to get my cycle back on track. The last two cycles worked like clockwork and to be honest, I'm so surprised I'm not pregnant! Especially with becoming pregnant so easily the two times. The last two months on Clomid, we've been REALLY trying. So, I think I'll stick to the every 4 days this time and only get the one try in my fertile window, perhaps changing it up will actually work since frequency wasn't.
Thanks for the response!

Ok so then I would like you to have unprotected sex every 4 days and also be doing OPK and do another attempt at pos OPK.
After the 4th month on Clomiid you are going to need to switch to SMEP, so be sure you've dropped anything else that may be reducing odds of conception. Sperm Meets Egg Plan (http://www.pregnancyloss.info/sperm_meets_egg_plan.htm)
