ive read that the time that youve started your period is likely around teh same time that you will ovulate. with this theory in mind, does the time 'reset' at the beginning of each AF? or is there a way to predict what time you will get your af???
i guess i really am DREAMING!!!

I think it resets, that would be my guess anyhow ... but I'm pretty sure I read something on here that is an OWT.

the OWT you guys are talking about is that ovulation is the same time as AF started? i had no idea...i thought it was 'ideally' what happens. great. now something else to GUESS.

That is an OWT as far as I know. Most women start AF most of the time first thing in the morning, and you simply ovulate whenever your body has built up enough estrogen to trigger the surge.
