From what I've read, you take the lemon water, BSD, gelatin, L-arginine, Fertile CM, from AF to O.

Gizmo, do it for your personal AF-O. Everyone is different ... sometimes the cycles are different even for the same person, KWIM? The point is to be doing all of those when your little eggy is getting primed for conception, so I would do it the entire time. If your cycle is on the longer side then maybe at CD 14 or so just start taking some of them every other day, if you're worried about taking too much. I think gelatin is safe through the whole cycle though.

YOUR personal AF-O for most things (l-arg, fErtile CM), but for the truly unhealthy things like BSD I think it's best to only do it for 2 weeks at a time if possible, so you did exactly right. I don't want someone with a very long follicular phase drinking BSD for several weeks waiting for O.
Gelatin is safe to take throughout your cycle BTW and even into pregnancy.
