Is the chance of having a girl bigger if at 12-13 weeks the nub's not visible while baby is in the right position?

Never heard of that. Are you referring to the Ramzi theory? If so, it's about where the placenta originally implanted (not the baby) and it's only good from 6-9 weeks, at 12 or 13 it would make no difference. I can't see a nub but congrats on the baby!

No. If the nub is not visible, it's 50-50. It just means the image didn't capture the nub. Sometimes if the tech moves the wand just a tad in one direction or the other, it "disappears." Just something that happens with the technology. Could be either boy or girl.
