This is really worrying me with my sway... Starting the diet Monday & I did get a customized plan from atomic but didn't receive it yet. Can't wait! Anyways... I know like regular exercise sways blue... & I'm overweight right now so I'm afraid if I start to walk a mile or two per day to do for my sway I worry about my body thinking that since it's just some walking everyday it'll make me sway blue & I'll gain muscle mass I think. Being overweight it'll be hard for me to just jump on the elliptical for two hours or run for two miles since I get out of breath so fast. Plus I kinda don't want to pay for a gym membership but if you guys or atomic think I should then I deff will. What's everyone else's opinions on this? I want to include exercise bc then I can lose some weight & feel better but then again I worry about not being able to do enough... Sorry this was so long & boring haha. Thanks!! :worry:

The rules are different for people who have a lot of weight to lose - the benefits for weight loss, lowering testosterone and blood sugar are so big that even if you can't do the full 60 6-7 recommendation it's well worth it for your sway. It's BEST to do the 60 6-7 if you can, but don't worry if you are a bit short on that. the 60 min. seems to be more important than the 6-7
It doesn't need to be intense for anyone but YOU. Walking is fine!! Just be sure it lasts for 60 min.
I would not have anyone invest in a gym membership unless they like working out at a gym. I personally woudl rather have bamboo stuck under my fingernails LOL.

What I do is ride a stationary bike for 60+ minutes every morning while watching a show. It's quiet so I can get away with it without waking this kids, isn't hard on my joints (I'm not overweight but I have wicked arthritis already) and it doesn't seem to be adding any muscle mass. You can buy um new for the cost of a gym membership, but I got mine at a garage sale $20. If your not in AK where craigslist sucks, I'd bet that'd be a good place too.
