Diet coke?

Lots of ladies seem to incorporate diet coke in their sway. Why? Is this something I should consider?

Aspartame isn't recommended as a sway tactic by atomic as far as I know. I drank a tonne of diet coke with both boys too xx

It's a part of my sway. I don't drink large amounts of it but I never drink diet drinks ever and hardly drank soda at all before starting my sway.

I think 2-3 12-16oz. Servings is fine. I do not and will never recommend the scary amounts used on some other sway sites.
