It looks like a boy but at this gestation, I would prefer to see the side nub view. It could go either way.

I have to agree this stage is not the best for potty shots

At 12 weeks on the dot I wouldn't even pay attention to a potty shot. You are seeing the nub from underneath. That nub could be sticking straight out and be girly. It could also be headed upward and be boyish. I would say it's 50-50. I wouldn't put stock into it.
