I think it could very well be the case and here's why.

One reason that O can be delayed is that your estrogen level is too low to send the signal to your body that it is time for the surge. So you may be a bit lower in estrogen overall and higher in progesterone and this is manifesting itself through higher temps (which is believed to be good for TTC pink.)
