TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)
Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Never been a big breakfast eater, but big increase in carbs and decrease in proteins.
Went mostly vegetarian (except for a few cheat meals).
Only ate twice a day and then had hot choc at night.
Didn't lose weight so switched to PCOS version of LE diet after a couples of weeks.
Calories were 1200-1500 except for a few cheat days. Also monitored sodium intake to 800-1200mgs a day.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
2 weeks on IG (before I found GD)
8 weeks on LE
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH was wonderful! He made HUGE changes. He went vegetarian, limited proteins & stopped his training supplements. Ate soy products for the first time in his life and drunk soy milk. Stopped snacking, although he did still eat breakfast most days.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
Wasn't "perfect" and had a few cheat days, wish I had been a bit stricter and on diet longer.
And although nothing is off limits, we did cut out high potassium foods like potato, tomato and bananas.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I purchased the 21 day diet plan/cookbook and it was a lifesaver! It was great for meal ideas and recipes.
We did have a drink on night of attempt.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
66kgs (BMI 24)
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was going to include exercise but injured my hip and so decided to go "couch potato" style as I couldn't commit to the 60-70mins everyday.
DH stopped all weight training and did daily cardio of 60-90mins.
I didn't lose much weight, I yo-yoed whilst on LE so I did change to PCOS options, but still did not lose weight?!?

Had 6 day abstain (ovulated earlier than expected) so had DH release once than DTD for attempt.

Lavender shower gel, room spray, candles and oil plugins.
Wore a rose quartz bracelet.
Windows open and fan on.
Moon Phase during conception?
Full Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Wooden spoon with pink ribbon under pillow and pink baby grow suit under bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
the one attempt at +opk and thats it more than we've ever done to try to sway.
DH efforts were amazing!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
The one thing I am most concerned about is the fact I couldn't exercise and I wasn't losing weight. Would have liked to have been on diet for longer but DH wanted to attempt and not wait any longer. Had a few cheats which now looking back, I wish I had been stricter.
Things worth mentioning:
Just fingers crossed we did enough and this is our girl! So thank ful to Atomic and all the support and advice on GD! I am so glad i found this site or we'd defiantly be having a 7th boy.
So glad I purchased a personalised plan as it took all the guess work out of everything! I think we followed it pretty much to a tee!
