Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Skipped breakfast and went Veggi. Followed LE diet
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
2 very long years with 2 miscarriages along the way!

Yes

Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH cut out red meat and ate more tofu. He also cut out red wine and reduced coffee to morning only
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week

Yes, I cutback

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I lost weight and had very low bmi pre o. I have always been slim uk size 8-10 but was a small 8 pre o.

I did 1 hour cardio 5-6 times a week

Any additional supplement info?
I took clomid for cycle post miscarriage but I took soy the month I actually conceived. I had 2 miscarriages whilst taking clomid. DH also took Olive leaf.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Lots of fresh air, 2x showers a day and lots of time by running water.
Moon Phase during conception?

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Wooden spoon with pink ribbon, baby girl clothes and a picture of my family with a baby girl under bed.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I tried my best.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I conceived in December and I did eat meat (Turkey) and have quite a few treats post O. It was Christmas.
Things worth mentioning:
I conceived in December having had a mmc in September I was very anaemic at the time.

Wonderful sway. though gosh you went through alot. So, the cycle before you conceived, was your third and last month on Clomid? How much soy did you take and when? Where you prescribed the Clomid bc you'd stopped Oing or for swaying purposes?
