Good morning!
Just noticed I've had an app update for my fitness pal and one of the things that the update said was that you can set the nutritional goals....no idea if you could do this before so I may be WAY late on this so I'm sorry if I am but had a look and it seems a good way to set up what were trying to get on the diets. ( please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) I hope this post makes sense. I've attached some screen grabs below so you can hopefully see what I'm trying to say.....lol
I've not had chance to have a proper play around with it yet but hopefully it'll help.

How did you get to choose the percentage to eat for fat & protein? I never saw that before although I did just start using it last week lol.:bigsmile:

Hi on the app there's 3 white lines in top left hand corner it brings up another menu. I selected goals and there's nutrition goals listed and another sub heading for advanced nutrition goals and then you select which one you want to change. When you do protein carbs and fat fir example, they must all total 100% but you can have a play and see how it comes about :) hope this helps! :)

You've been able to do this for quite sometime, but you had to login from a computer to do it. Mine has been set up like yours since last August when I got my account. I haven't updated my app (have to delete pictures to do that, haha). Nice to be able to manipulate it from the phone now though!!
