Why does it sway blue?

it is all the amino acids needed for your body to build and repair muscle and it's in a form that's easy for your body to utilize.

That having been said the blue swayers who do decide to use it really have to drink a LOT of the stuff and so please do not worry about a miniscule amount in gelcaps or foods, or even a dish of jello now and then. :)

I actually take 2 T of grass fed gelatin a day right now to help make sure that my c-scar tissue is pliable and get me the best chance at VBA2C! Looks like that's going to hit the road in a few weeks - I can always restart it after BFP.

Yes, the amino acids, it was all about the gelatin over on IG. Kudos to you if you can choke it down 3 x a day...I tried it once and NEVER AGAIN.

Got my boy NOT taking gelatin BTW :)

Very few have been able to do the gelatin often enough to make a difference for a blue sway.

I got my 4 boys without EVER drinking gelatin whatsoever!!

It actually does dissolve in anything, and isn't gross like gelatin that's made to turn things, um, gel-like. I take 1 T in about 8 oz of water easily.
