TTC a Girl Sway Attempt Updated

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Stopped eating breakfast and taking prenatals at the end of last year. But my diet stayed the same until the beginning of February, that was when I started to slowly decrease the number of snacks during the day, portion sizes, meats, healthy fats, wholegrains/wholemeals and changed to more refined carbohydrates, changed to fat free/skimmed dairy from low fat/2%, but at the same time I had cheat days every weekend.
Changed from green tea to peppermint tea, and from orange/apple/multivitamin juices to cranberry light juice.
Also introduced myself to sweets, fake sugars, diet coke.
Completely opposite to when I conceived my 2 Ds.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
7 weeks.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He isn't a breakfast person to begin with, but loooves meat.
He started running at the gym every other day, drinking diet coke and PT when I reminded him!
Stopped drinking his protein shakes and weight lifting.
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Increased my moderate exercise(4-5 days, maximum of 30 minutes) to 6 days a week for an hour for the last 10 weeks.
Though I didn't lose much weight during that time, only 3-5lbs, and gained 2lbs back during the 2ww cause I was fed up waiting for AF (I know, not a good reason at all) and didn't know I could be pregnant.

We planned on DTD once every 4days but I realised I Oed later than I thought (cd24/10dpo, I had the worst cramping ever which I thought were from implantation, but took HPT on CD27 and BFN!) so we missed one time which was on CD24, and DTD on Cd26, and looking back I think I caught the spermies from either 3dbo or 2dpo and I doubt it's the last one.
Used Durex as a lube, been using it since I went on the mini pill and didn't feel comfortable changing it.
Had the big O, although it might not mean anything for me as I didn't have it when I conceived Ds2!

Used cinnamon in my black tea and yogurts but stopped around O time but again I Oed 10 days later than I thought and was just waiting for AF.
I don't know if it has the same effect as fibre but I used a stool softener (Movicol) once a day that I had lying around.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Lavender shower gel, body lotion, fabric softener, toilet spray, plug-ins in the hallway, candles in the bedroom.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Sleeping on left side.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
First month off BCP.
Very little to no CM.
Stopping prenatals.
Changes in diet and exercise.
Using cinnamon.
Conception during pink months as I conceived my 2 Ds early September and late October.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not losing much weight.
Gaining weight during the 2ww.
Not being on diet for long.
Having too many cheats.
DH being a little bit on board with me to sway.
Not knowing exactly when I Oed and having too many attempts.
Things worth mentioning:
I just wanted to say thank you all wonderful ladies who have helped me stay sane in the past few weeks. And special thanks to Atomic for all her effort and help. :bowdown:
I wish and pray that this is my long waited DD although I haven't done enough to get her and I only seem to know how to make boys.
And I'll be happy with whatever God has planned for me, he always has different plans for us.
And whether this is my DD or not I'll be back to sway pink one or two more times in the near future with more time on my hands.
