CD 10 and spotting?

I had the same thing at the exact same CD last cycle, though it was from baking soda finger but I have not done them this time yet.. it is old blood by the look of it, should I be concerned. Wouldn't be a sign of low progesterone, would it :nails:

Crashing- my close friend gets this every cycle and it's about 2-4 days before ovulation. She has 3 kids and it's never affected her in any way. Her Dr. tested her and her hormones were fine. (hugs) xoxo I hope that this is your month!

Hmm that's odd if it's only just happened last cycle and this cycle, have you googled it yet?

Maybe it is related to ovulation then?? Did try a google but could not find much??

Nope, not on CD 10. I have had midcycle spotting from time to time, more when I was younger. I wouldn't worry over it.

Yes, I would suspect it's related to ovulation, though it does seem a bit early for true O spotting. Don't worry about it, if anything it will help raise your pH.
