Hey all! I'm new to this site, considering the HE diet, possibly paid plan, for TTC a boy. I know very little about swaying, but DH and I are planning to start ttc in September, so I've got a few months to prepare. We have 2 little girls, one will be 5 in Jan and the other 3 this August. The younger of the two is Deaf, we've put off ttc longer than we originally planned so that we could spend extra time with her during her therapies, surgery, and rehabs. She is finally on the right track and home therapies stop this fall as she starts prek, so we think it's time to make her a big sister and our oldest the biggest big sister :)

Welcome mama! I have not swayed blue but I am a successful pink sawyer. We just found out today that this one is a girl after two boys!! If you do your research and get a personalized plan ( which I so recommend as that is what got me my girl!), I say you have a fantastic shot at a boy. Best of luck to you!!

Has anyone used the cookbook on top of the personalized plan? Worth the extra, you think?

Hi AshJagla, I was swaying pink but I did purchase the cookbook and it was worth the money. It gave me great ideas for meals and easy recipes to try. Made meal planning and thinking what to have so much easier.

I've no idea what green tea does in that area, but I used to drink it when I conceived my 2 boys.
Now I'm a pink swayer and doing things differently.

So I suggest you start a new thread with your question/s, that way you get quick/more responses.

The HE diet sounds fairly simple but I'm afraid I'll gain a ton of weight ;X
Are any of you starting your sups yet?
