We lost our son at 19+6 in March and I just got my first AF yesterday. Is that a cycle, or would a full cycle be waiting until next AF?

Thanks x

From what I've read, I think the next AF would make it a full cycle but I may be wrong??!? 😕

And I'm so sorry for your loss.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking :)

I'm now 7 weeks post birth, so if I start the HE diet now, that should give me a good six weeks on the diet (hopefully) before ovulation.

And I'm also sorry for your loss MumofSix_TTCPink xx

No, that should be your first cycle. You ovulated and have gotten AF.

I am so sorry for your loss.

Oh, OK. Thank you atomic sagebrush. I haven't started the HE diet yet (supplements/vitamins yes, diet no) so might use this month to prepare and start trying next month.

Thanks again x

When TTC a boy, it's best to wait so I think you're on target there.
