Do these look like acceptable totals? I would like to get the sodium down some....or is it ok where it is? Also...only 25 of potassium(not listed, but I changed settings to show this.) Obviously not enough...my potassium sup reads as follows...potassium gluconate 595mg. Should I take these and how many would be good?
Thanks a bunch!

I'm not a diet expert, but I would mention that most sites don't track potassium very well so it's likely you've had enough and don't need to supplement (depending on what items you've eaten).

What are you using to track this? I have no comment on the totals. I can't keep everything up to without pigging out to save my life.

basically, what was on my food list was grilled cheese sandwich, poptarts (2) and rice with veggies and parm cheese on top...not real good with nutrients, so no clue how much potassium that has in it :) Thank you for the input!

I would up the calories, fat and protein just a bit more. try 1500 calories with 30 grams of fat and 40 grams protein minimum if you can.

You need to doublecheck your potassium intake with other sources because MFP and some of the other tracking sites are not reliable for potassium. You are almost certainly getting more than that, but prob. need more.
A potassium supp on a bad day is ok but I'd rather see you get it from diet.
I prefer to see people doing 1500-1800 cals. There are very few people who should be eating 1200 cals a day. I really do not recommend it for like 95% of everyone to go that low.
Fat needs to be a minimum of 25 grams
Protein needs to be a minimum of 40 g

Atomic has a source that she uses (she told me in another thread but I forgot). I have been just googling things that I think I will eat regularly and writing it some place handy at work. I can glance at that and check to make sure I am close to target. I am a newbie too, so I am still trying to figure everything out!

I think it was self.com?
Though I never used it but thinking of using it in the future. :)
