Douching question (tmi)

I was wondering what's your take on doing the douche Ladies? I did douching in the past both lime douche at times and store brought vinegar douches. I don't think douching agrees with me! Either I get a yeast infection or the store brought douche has me screaming cause it burns! I do noticed it did dry me and made dtd painful.

I know atomic is against it, she says that there are better ways to lower sperm count that aren't going to give you horrible infections.
I personally like the idea, BUT I won't do it, I have had yeast infection issues since last year, Dtd to many days in a row causes one so I can only imagine what a douche would do.
So my advice, stay away from them. Especially since you know what they do to you.

i don't recommend it because while our stats do have a handful of people who got good results with it (all of whom were doing a bunch of other things to sway besides the douche) back on IG where tons of people were douching (and some only douching), the results were not overwhelmingly good and the at home HT ladies on IG, who douche more than anyone, got 50-50. Plus, douching causes a lot of BFN and pain and infections for people. Not worth it for something that has been getting very mixed results anywya.
