hi i have a question regarding licourice root
are these ok to get and how many a day please?
licorice root,i will be buying from ebay.

different brands are formulated differently so it's best to use the dose on the bottle if it's a different dose than what I normally recommend (that is fine, I just tend to recommend the most widely available dose)

I would not get that kind of licorice root, you need the kind that is in pill form.
