Seems funny.... I don't mind this diet. I miss chicken lol but I don't mind it. I'm eating grilled cheese or potato soup with chicken broth & carrots or refried bean fajita with cream cheese & hot sauce... I really think I'm messing up bc I seem to be eating a lot of cheese. Everyday I'm eating cheese or cream cheese. It's within the totals of the LE diet but still makes me nervous. I don't mind this diet though at all. I'm not watching my sodium so I'm sure that's making it easier for me. When I first looked at the diet I was like omg what am I going to be eating all day,,, just salad & veggies like a rabbit?!? But now that I'm on it I don't mind it at all & makes me think I'm doing something wrong. Argh! This is so stressful but I don't mind it lol. How is everyone else doing with the LE diet?

I eat cheese everyday too and as long as it's in your limits, I'm sure it's fine. Sounds like some yummy meals! And it is much easier to do LE when you're not watching your sodium intake. I'd say you're doing well. 😊👍

I wasn't officially on the diet however, with both my boys I didn't eat cheese (I was eating very clean then) and with my girls I ate cheese quesadilla, with white flour tortillas and taco bell mild sauce a couple times of week.

I am eating a lot of the same plus vegetarian chicken patties because I need a meat like thing to eat at dinner or I just don't feel satisfied mentally. I am not at all as miserable as I thought I would be but it's only been 21 days lol I am missing a big juicy hamburger though! Hopefully as long as we stick to the limits of the le we should be fine. I do feel like I'm doing the diet completely wrong to,I have to remind myself I'm in my daily limits so it's okay to eat that cookie or have cheese!

Look were both trying for our first, and a girl at the same ish time. Goodluck!!

As long as you're in fat and protein limits you're fine! There are no magic foods!

I eat cheese pretty much every day too, and I constantly think I am doing it wrong! In fact I have often asked atomic if I am doing it wrong and she always assures me that I am doing it right.

I think because it is called a 'diet' we assume that we will be deprived, but this is such an easy diet, you pick the totals of cals, fat and protein you want to stick to and off you go eating what you want :)

I also eat cheese or I will starve myself to death-I've turned vegetarian back in August. Opt for Swiss and Parmesan, since they have less fat and sodium than the rest. I love whole-grain corn tacos with shredded iceberg lettuce, black beans, shredded Weight Watchers Mexican 4-cheese and a little bit of store-bought salsa(or not), yum!

a ton of people think "oh I'm not totally miserable so I must be doing it wrong" but the ONLY reason I even made a diet to start with was to prevent people being miserable!

I ate tons of cheese and stuff when I TTC my daughter.

I'm not hating things so far either! I'm waiting on my PP but have read lots & have basically gone vegan. My reasoning is my diet is normally extremely meat, egg & dairy heavy wothout any grains, legumes or soy & I have 2 boys. So I figure if I do the opposite then that might do something!! I'm semi-watching sodium.... I'm not actually counting it but I'm choosing low sodium options where I can & I'm adding herbs/spices before adding salt & I'm just more conscious of it if that makes sense. I have to do what I can with my diet etc because DH finds it very hard to perform "on queue" if you catch my drift. After years of TTC with our first son I think it affected him psychologically & the minute he gets in his head that we are about to DTD for conception purposes things don't "function" the way they should. So there won't be a lot of timing etc with BDing & I will have to make it seem spontaneous (even though he knows what I'm doing & is as hopeful as I am for a little girl).

Awww. I'm happy you find the diet easy too. Puts me at ease lol. I wouldn't worry too much about hubby... I'm sure you'll both do fine with everything. I just wouldn't mention it to him to make him get nervous lol. Good luck! :bighug:
