Yesterday and today I took in 95g fat (all milk chocolate) I didn't realise until I put it in to myfitnesspal ahhhh please tell me this has not ruined my sway.. I'm freaking out.

It has not ruined your sway! Every weekend I have at least one day where I am over 100g on fat

It sounds like you have only done this on one occasion so you have not messed anything up at all :)

Id say I do it at least one day per week for my cheat day but I didn't think I was going to ovulate tomorrow! At least it's better than 95g of healthy fats I guess. I increased my time on the treadmill to 1h 40 mins tonight so hopefully that makes up for it!

One thing will not make or break your sway. It's the overall condition. Please don't stress about it! I hope you enjoyed your cheat :) I certainly enjoy all of mine!!!

One day can't undo anything!!! Esp if you exercised extra to make up for it, it's all good.
