I am allergic to caffeine. I didn't cut back I don't consume it. :)

Not full vegetarian, but stayed within protein limits.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I think I have a pretty solid sway, and I do feel good about it overall.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I probably ate more meat than I should have and didn't exercise as much as I should have.

lol that's 12+ weeks Kitkat :) I started the LE diet early January, yeah, a year? I'd die.

Miscarried. :( I'm not sure we keep stats on those or not. Might make sense to add that to the spread sheet if we don't, might find trends in sway tactics that increase the risk of miscarriage?

I'm so sorry.

If I thought that sway tactics appreciably increased the risks of miscarriage in any way that would be obvious and visible in statistics, I would not be doing this.
