Gender guess? Is that its nub or my baby's foot??

I'm thinking if its its nub - then any maybe some of yuou guys out there might have an inkling of what it is - since its a relatively clear shot (if it is in fact the nub?!), but I thought/think its the baby's leg no??

its a 12 weeks and 2 days scan...so maybe too early still? any guesses welcome :) xxx
