NT scan guesses please!

Scan was done at 12 weeks 3 days, baby measured 13 weeks 2 days.
This is from my NT scan at 12 weeks 3 days, baby measured 13 weeks 2 days. Tech wouldn't guess. We found out with our last pregnancy at the NT scan so I was hopeful this ultrasound would give us a hint. Your guesses are appreciated!

No. :/ For an NT scan I was bummed to not get a bunch of photos for the baby book. I think our tech was a grump. My scan only lasted 10 minutes!

Thank you! Is it possible that the image is just not far enough over to see the nub? Or can no nub maybe mean girl (I know, don't buy pink yet.)? :)
