no breakfast, tried to limit dairy, ate meat at dinner

6-ish weeks

No, I drink caffeine regularly

had my usual morning latte using organic whole milk; visiting DH's family in SC during O week so diet abandoned (pulled pork BBQ!!!) because folks in the South feed you constantly but due to time change still didn't have breakfast

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
OPK+, mostly stuck to diet, pretty relaxed on vacation week of O, regular baby aspirin (every 2-3 days), no O on attempt
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
snacking, sudden increase in activity level due to sightseeing, forgot baby aspirin at home for vacation....
